THE BAY SARASOTA

The Bay Park Conservancy (BPC) is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization with the goal of implementing a long-term master plan for 53-acres of city-owned land along Sarasota Bay that will establish a cultural and economic legacy for the region while ensuring open, public access to the bayfront.

Sarasota’s bayfront will be an iconic, public destination that welcomes the diversity of Sarasota, enhances our status as a cultural capital and serves as a venue for multi-generational, inter-neighborhood, broad-based enjoyment of our bayfront.

The Blue Pagoda building currently serves as the office for BPC and a lobby for park visitors to view the latest information and plans for The Bay Project, etc.

The MOB designed and installed the graphics that wrap around the perimeter of the building, the interior wall graphics in the lobby and redesigned The Bay logo.
